Profiles and backups
Before changing or reinstalling the Desktop application, export any important profiles to JSON and keep the exported files somewhere safe. ResuLune does not provide cloud backup. The browser edition is intended for shorter browser-based workflows, so export work you need to retain.
PDF export problems
- Check the live preview for unexpected page breaks before exporting.
- Try a different template if unusually long entries do not fit the selected layout.
- Confirm that your operating system can write to the selected destination.
- Keep an exported JSON profile before making extensive layout changes.
Installation and security warnings
Windows and macOS may warn about current Desktop builds because they are not yet signed or notarized with paid platform certificates. Only download ResuLune from this website. You can verify the downloaded file against its published SHA-256 value by following the security and checksum guide.
Updates and downloads
If an update or download fails, retry from the official download section. Check that the platform and processor match your computer. Published desktop hashes are available in the checksum archive.
Request support
Email info@resulune.com with the ResuLune version, Web or Desktop edition, operating system, steps that reproduce the issue, what you expected, and what happened. Do not attach a real resume or other sensitive personal data unless it is essential and you have removed information you do not want to share.
